HotWeb
functionality is available on a software rental basis. The prices
that are charged include all hosting of all functionality, the support
of the components that you have rented and the maintenance of those
components, which includes
backup and security of any of the data stored with on secure HotWeb
servers.
Renting
components in this way provides excellent value for money, no hidden
charges and complete flexibility.
When
you confirm the order for a component or web site your monthly payments
will be calculated for you and you will be sent confirmation of
these payments and a standing order mandate to complete. As soon
as you receive the standing order mandate, you need to complete
with your payment details, forward to your bank and fax back a copy
to HotLizard on 01635 527955.
For
building a site online, the functionality
will be available to you for 14 days, pending the processing of
the Standing Order. If the Standing Order has not been received
in that time period your functionality will be temporarily disabled.
For online orders, the site will be built as soon as your standing
order mandate has been received. Component rental is for a minimum
12-month period with a three-month discontinuation notice period.
All
orders taken through the HotWeb site will be for monthly rental
only. Purchase options for HotWeb components are also available.
The purchase prices are indicated against each of the components
for your reference.
When purchasing a HotWeb component, a yearly hosting and maintenance fee will apply. The amount charged will be 17.5% of component purchase price per annum.
