my web site go live?
A
When you first create your web site it will be available for use within an hour or less. If you have already

When first configuring your site you will need to point to your domain name (e.g. www.acme.com) to HotWeb's servers. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the configuration pages. You should allow 3-72 hours for DNS changes to take effect, and such changes are out of the control of HotWeb.

site hosted?
A
The site is hosted on HotWeb's dedicated servers. The servers are co-located with a major UK ISP in the south of England.
